A rich, savory scratch made tomato-based sauce.
This proven flavor highlights a depth of over 20 ingredients and is best painted on beef, pork or chicken when grilling.
Whether drizzled over eggs, dunking with
French fries or slathered onto a sandwich it
serves as a tangy condiment when served at the table.
The sauce is offered in a range from #0-no heat to #4-extra hot.

This sauce originated from a mix of my “end of season peppers” combined with crushed pineapple and heat.
What I had was a mixture of hot peppers including habaneros, jalapenos, reapers, scorpion and ghost.
What I created was a sweet, hot alive flavor with a kick! Early on
when tested, I could see that “pepper heads” loved it.
In time I will offer it in #0-no heat to #4- extra hot.
Currently it is only being offered in the hotter levels, where it has been very well received.

As an Executive Chef I would rely on my Sous Chefs for new ideas.
When I heard my friend’s story of the root beer bbq sauce,
I said we had to try it.
The flavor was incredible and the “Penn State Tailgate” where we served it raved about the new flavor.
Our "I am Root Beer" Sauce enhances your BBQ’d
meats while not covering it up: A deep tomato-based sauce
with multiple layers of flavor.
This is a zero #0 level sauce
meaning it contains no peppers or heat.
It is a sauce that will be well liked by all, specifically children.
Keep the jar open and on the table!

This peach flavor is light, sweet and seasoned
with a special brown spice blend.
This sauce will produce a “crystal glaze” when brushed onto grilled chicken, pork, fish or even fresh vegetables.
Peach Creeper is also a great tortilla or chip dip
when scooped straight from the jar.
This sauce is offered in a heat range #0-no heat to #4-extra hot.
Customers have said “It’s funny how the heat creeps up on you
but you can’t stop eating it!”.

After spending time with my new daughter in law from the Philippines, I began researching flavors for a new twist
on some already proven techniques.
This authentic Philipino BBQ sauce starts with ketchup,
lemon and garlic, then finishes with banana.
It is a rich, sweet, mild and balanced sauce for painting on any meat.
Our Pinoy BBQ Sauce is an outstanding table condiment
for those who want an original flavor without the heat.

This sauce was created out of demand from our customers.
Formulated with much more of a focus on HEAT, this sauce has a tomato base with a hint of cherry and offers a new twist on spice.
I combined my liquid mix of homegrown ghost, reaper and scorpion, then boosted it with a dry spice powder. Thus, crafting a spice creation that hits from all sides.
As the “friendlyghost” my aim was, and will remain, to pair delicious flavors with tolerable heat. But if you dare to face this Dragon, you'll have to deal with his Ire.
Available to try at any of our tastings!

I have always used meat “rubs,” and through over 40 years in culinary production, I've found that I keep coming back to one specific recipe as a go-to.
But this isn't really a "rub" at all - it's a sprinkle!
Combining salt and brown sugar with a specific spice blend
meant to enhance natural flavors, you can simply Sprinkle this over your raw chicken, pork, vegetables, or even potatoes.
This Sprinkle contains zero hot-peppers and can therefore be used on its own to enhance the meal of even the most sensitive palate in the family.
Or for a more rich or hot experience, cook the Sprinkle onto your food until it has formed a bit of a crust, then paint with any of our sauces for a flavor fusion.
